FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: in a method of preparing superlight organomineral foam material by interaction of component A having active hydrogen atom and including polyester, liquid glass, surfactant, catalyst (tertiary amine), organomineral filler, fire retardant, foaming agent, and water with component B: polyisocyanate, novelty resides in that said polyester has molecular weight 290 to 5000, foaming agent is chladone with boiling temperature 20-50 C, and additionally are used: oxidized cellulose compound and complex catalyst based on glycol-amine and a Lewis base at their weight ratio 1:(0.1-1). All components are presented in following proportions, weight parts: polyester 0.1-1.0, liquid glass 0.01-0.1, surfactant 0.01-0.3, tertiary amine 0.08-1.5, complex catalyst 0.03-0.15, organomineral filler 0.01-25.1, fire retardant 0.3-7.0, water 3.0-13.0, chladone 0.1-7.0, oxidized cellulose compound 0.01-0.2. Interaction is carried out at A-to-B weight ratio (1.3-10.0):1. EFFECT: achieved hydrophobicity of foam material. 8 ex
