FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method relates to consolidation of ground under bases of buildings and structures. According to method, bore-holes are drilled and then filled with cement slurry or ground-cement slurry. Upon drilling of bore-holes, determined are following factors: number, arrangement, thickness of geological components in geological cross-section of ground mass to be consolidated, and also normal stress inside each of aforesaid components. This stress is caused due to mass of ground and overlying structure. After fulfilling these operations, specific slurry is made for each geological component. Needed amount of cement to make slurry is determined according to formula Qi= S×hi×Gi×q, where Qi - amount of cement needed for section of bore-hole passing through i-geological component, t, S - area of base consolidated by means of single bore-hole, sq.m, hi - thickness of i-geological component, m, Gi - normal stress in middle of i-geological component created under mass of ground and structure, MPa, q - 0.08-0.12 t/cu.m - specific amount of cement used for each 0.01 MPa of normal stress in middle of geological component. Injection of slurry into bore-hole is effected from bottom upwards along height of bore-hole in separate operations.
