FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: framework is used in buildings and structures in which reinforcement is being prestressed in process of erecting buildings or structures. Prestressed framework has columns, flooring, prestressed reinforcement located in open passages of flooring in mutually perpendicular directions, and concrete for embedding reinforcement. Open passages in flooring intended for location of prestressed reinforcement are made of variable depth which is increasing towards center of each span of framework up to value which is equal to thickness of flooring. Prestressed reinforcement is located in passages of flooring along faces of columns according to epure of bending moments. Reinforcement is secured on end-faces of flooring over perimeter of framework of building. Aforesaid embodiment of prestressed reinforced concrete framework simplifies design and reduces labour-intensity in erection. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
