FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: process of erection of spanner-free buildings frame includes installation of columns and floor plates, making joints between columns and plates monolithic, passing of fittings through columns between plates in mutually perpendicular directions, tension of fittings, their curing till concrete in joints between columns and plates obtains transmission strength with subsequent transmission of tension force to concrete around edges of building and making joints between plates monolithic. Tension force of fittings on concrete is transmitted in turn in mutually perpendicular directions in stages: first it amounts to 30-40% of total tension force, then it grows to 60-75% of total tension force with subsequent complete release of tension.
