FIELD: building engineering, particularly erecting frame-type buildings.
SUBSTANCE: method involves building foundation, building columns having height exceeding story height; installing jacks with drawbars on columns; concreting floor in each cell on upper foundation level; lifting floor by jacks up to the second story level; fixing floor on temporary assembling tables; passing reinforcement through columns in two perpendicular directions and grouting joints between columns and floor; tightening reinforcement with transmitting drawing power to building perimeter; grouting floor seams including reinforcement; building columns up to next story level; mounting jacks on columns; building floor of the second story on prestressed floor of previous story; carrying out lifting and mounting operations at designed story level and erecting building frame in story-by-story mode.
EFFECT: reduced time consumption for frame erection, decreased cost due to eliminating use of lifting apparatuses with high carrying capacities and due to increasing frame cell dimensions.
