FIELD: heat exchange. SUBSTANCE: heat exchange element uses a bag made of elastic material of the synthetic film type. The lower part of the bag forms a rundown tank furnished with a drain tube for condensate removal. In its upper part the bag is furnished with a means for supply of steam to the bag and distribution of it over the external surface of the bag of evaporating liquid. The heat exchange element features by the fact that a perforated panel corrugated in the vertical direction is inserted inside the bag, the width of the panel is so selected that the bag fits close to it. The length the corrugated panel makes up the considerable part of the bag length. The perforated panel corrugated in the horizontal direction is located near the bag external surface, its length essentially equals the bag width. Such a heat exchange element represents a film heat exchanger comprising a set of the above heat exchange elements located close to one another so that the bag of the first element is engaged with the perforated panel and corrugated in the horizontal direction of the next element forming a construction, in which the above panel is located between each bag. EFFECT: enhanced stability and strength of heat exchanger, in which movement of bags is impossible.
