FIELD: medicine, particularly, diagnosis of helicobacteriosis. SUBSTANCE: during esophagogastroduodenoscopy, mucus is taken from antral part of stomach, applied to microscopic slide, and 2-% solution of silver nitrate is added to mucus. Microscoping lasts for 60 s. Helicobacteriosis is diagnosticated by precipitation of silver crystals. The method allows differential approach to making diagnosis and treatment of gastroduodenal diseases. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
