FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to test phase coincidence and to phase in A.C. electric installations of commercial frequency. Voltage indicator has contact probes between which first and second circuits of current-limiting resistors and gaseous-discharge indicator connected in series are placed. Compensator of uncontrolled leak to ground in the form of additional conductors identical to those connecting gaseous-discharge indicator with current-limiting resistors is brought in. Ends of mentioned conductors leading to gaseous-discharge indicator are linked to its opposite leads-out. There is also used capacitive shunt which value is computed by minimal permissible value of ignition threshold of indicator connected in opposition and by threshold ignition voltage. EFFECT: increased authenticity of measurements thanks to compensation of uncontrolled leak currents to ground. 2 dwg
