FIELD: telephone communication. SUBSTANCE: method controlling call in system of automatic telephone exchanges includes stages at which information on point of generation of call and input number of call is integrated in case of generation of call for identical number of station, connection by call to input point of call is carried out that is determined depending on assignment of generation of call, call is established as one corresponding to individual certain information controlling call followed by subsequent disconnection of call. Technical achievement of method consists in possibility of use of various information controlling call with reference to identical input number of station with change of software and data only without change of structure of technical facilities of system and in possibility of use of existing system of telephone numbers by way of simple formation of information data for set of telecommunication agencies having identical assignment to facilitate call and to employ telecommunication agency without request for special information by telephone subscriber.
