Resolving power of video image sections is chosen as function of that of user's eyes. Control signals are sent to video display to reduce redundancy of information displayed with the result that effect of harmful rays and fields is reduced. On the other hand, with available technical standards and medical restrictions, resolving power of information display can be raised.
