FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device ensures continuous working with one tool of end surface sections of intermediate chamfers adjacent to holes and surfaces of holes, including holes characterized by considerable deviation from circular cylindrical form. This is obtained due to design of lever to which roller is secured and which is made integral with toothed sector, as well as due to rack positioned in hollow body for engagement with toothed sector. Rolling force is adjusted by screw and spring coupled to it and contacting the rack. Use of device allows working of holes in machine parts and obtaining preset qualitative characteristics of surface layer. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
