FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixer relates to equipment intended for producing mixes used for moulding building stones and other articles. Activating mixer has body with charging and discharge openings, grate member, and at least one guide wall, and working member which is adapted for rotation. Working member is made in the form of set of blades which are secured on common axle. Grate member is configurated as cone located above working member.
