FIELD: storage and transportation of loads. SUBSTANCE: container has four fixing devices for holding walls in vertical position relative to bottom. Fixing devices are made in form of split hinge over entire width of walls. Hinge consists of two halves rigidly secured on side and face walls and provided with slots and projections getting one into the other, and detachable rod passing through slots and projections over entire length of split hinge. One end of each rod thrust against stop rigidly secured on inner surface of bottom. Other end of rod thrust against inner surface of cover, forming bearing framework. Stiffening ribs in form of depressions are made on external surfaces of all members of container. Handles made of flexible tape in tensioned state are placed in one of depressions. Flexible locks are secured on inner surfaces of opposite side and end face walls. EFFECT: simplified design, improved strength. 3 cl, 9 dwg
