SUBSTANCE: covering has rectangular framework made of polymeric tubes-pontoons and polymeric film. Tubes-pontoons are provided with holes above sinking level to suck out harmful evaporated products from under covering. Proposed device is aimed at provision of ecological safety at keeping materials getting onto ground from broken product lines or tanks on bank-enclosed emergency areas and storing waste sludge on checks of biological purification sewage works.
