FIELD: erection of pipe lines; erection of technological pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: cylindrical envelope has inner cavity for pipe line and projections engageable with pipe line; recesses - passages provided between these projections are used for discharge and drainage of product being transported. Separate sections of envelope are provided with trapezoidal lugs for securing the ballasting units.
