FIELD: liquid glass production process, which may be used in construction industry, petroleum production and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves solving impure sodium disilicate in water while heating and exposing to field; exposing water to continuous microwave field with constant electromagnetic wave. Reactor has housing, thermostatic control and mixing systems, branch pipes and hole. Water supply branch pipe is made two-layer, with outer metal layer and opening for connecting with waveguide-microwave field source and inner low loss dielectric layer. Water supply branch pipe is mounted on reactor housing or closure. Such construction allows liquid glass with improved filterability to be produced. EFFECT: reduced time consumed for production of liquid glass, improved quality of liquid glass, increased yield per unit of equipment and reduced power consumption. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
