FIELD: construction machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: earth planer can be used in construction industry and in agriculture. Working member of earth planer has mouldboard with side wings, leverage systems and beams. Side wings of mouldboard are made in the form of double-arm levers which are pivotally connected with rear side of mouldboard by means of tie-rods which are made in the form of cross-piece. Cross-pieces in their upper part are provided with counterweights and compression spring. Side wings of mouldboard have ski-like supports in their front part. Application of aforesaid embodiment of working member of earth planer allows for increasing productive capacity, prolonging earth moving distance together with realization of maximal drawbar traction force.
