Pulleys are installed on drive and driven shafts. Blocks with flexible spring-loaded blades are mounted on tape. grooves are made on surfaces of cover plates and blades. Housing bore, flexible tape and housing covers form closed space. EFFECT: increased final vacuum owing to arrangement of two stages in one cell. 3 cl, 6 dwg
