FIELD: measurement technology; medical and biochemical examinations. SUBSTANCE: device has receiving vessel, measuring tube with scale and drop-like measuring reservoir which narrowed end is provided with check mark. Device also includes drain vessel made of transparent material and control member made as piston pair with screw drive. Measuring tube is inclined in vertical plane at constant slope angle to line of horizon. Narrowed end of measuring reservoir is brought inside drain vessel for depth of at least half of its height. Drain vessel is coupled to control member by means of connecting tube. Device may be provided with two control members made in the form of piston pairs with screw drives. In this case, the first control member is coupled to upper end of narrowed part of measuring reservoir, and the second control member is coupled to its lower part at place of lower part connection with measuring tube.
