FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: installation for manufacturing of high-voltage bushing frame with insulation impregnated with epoxide compound, comprises chamber of compound feed and impregnating chamber, which are connected to each other by means of pipeline. In upper part of feed and impregnation chamber there are nozzles arranged for air pumping and development of excess pressure. Compound feed chamber is installed above impregnating chamber, and pipeline that connects chambers passes from lower end of chamber for compound feed inside impregnating chamber and is equipped with socket at the end for putting onto frame insulation. Method for manufacturing of high-voltage bushing frame includes winding on current-conducting pipe or rod or without them, layers of insulation from glass tissue or glass fibre, which alternate with conducting leveling pads, placement of frame in vertical position in vacuumised impregnating chamber, connection of compound feed pipeline socket to lower end of insulation and connection of sleeve to upper end of insulation, equipment of external surface of insulation by binding, which is not permeable for compound, impregnation of insulation by supply of impregnating compound and increase of its further level in frame above upper edge of insulation and further hardening, besides, chamber of impregnating compound feed is installed above impregnating chamber, and feeding is carried out due to difference of heights between these chambers.
EFFECT: possibility to manufacture frame with insulation from glass tissue impregnated with epoxide compound.
