SUBSTANCE: outer surface of pipeline is embraced by means of annular chamber having П-shaped cross section. Said chamber is provided with drive unit for helical motion of it and device for pouring over surface of pipelines by means of pouring members. The last are in the form of buckets with discharging double-slope bottom. Inclination angles of leading and back slopes are selected according to condition of successively pouring over upper portion of pipeline in chamber with priming liquid.
EFFECT: enlarged assortment of machines for applying priming liquid.
