FIELD: medicine, laboratory analysis. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing verografin an ampoule solution with water and specific density of the parent ampoule verografin is determined. Liquids to be mixed are measured off by digital pipet dispenser and volume of verografin an ampoule solution added to water is calculated by the formula: (l + X) x Y = (l x 0.998) + Z x X where l - water volume (1 ml); X - volume of the parent (ampoule) verografin added to water (in ml); Y - required density of a mixture of water with ampoule verografin (g/cm3); 0.988 - specific density of water at 20 C (g/cm3); Z - specific density of the parent (ampoule) verografin (g/cm3). EFFECT: simplified method, decreased consumption of verografin, accelerated preparing a verografin solution of required density. 1 ex
