FIELD: wood working industry. SUBSTANCE: die mold is formed as hollow body manufactured from acoustic vibration conductive material, such as compacted and dried wood with density exceeding that of initial wood material by at least 1.3 times and residual moisture content below 8%. Wood fibers in die mold are oriented along its axis. Billets placed into die mold are subjected simultaneously to the action of static load and exposed to acoustic field.
