FIELD: generation of ozone. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with production of ozone of low concentrations, it can be used in ozone treatment of various media and objects both under stationary and field conditions. Apparatus for electric synthesis of ozone has electric circuit incorporating source of electric voltage, capacitor and discharge electrodes placed into discharge chamber with controlled air exchange. Electric circuit includes one piezoelement as minimum. Piezoelement is manufactured from ferrorigid piezoceramic or from piezoceramic of medium rigidity which functions at same time as source of electric voltage and capacitor. Piezoelement is fitted with aid forming time-variable mechanical stress. Plates of piezoelement are connected to electrodes of discharge gap.
