FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engine cooling systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed system has cooling liquid circulating circuit including engine cooling jacket, circulating pump with drive, radiator, cooling liquid temperature transmitter, radiator fan with drive and heat accumulator, heat accumulating agent and channels to pass cooling liquid, oil and exhaust gases. System has thermovalves in cooling system and lubricating system and cooling liquid and oil pumps. Valves are installed on engine at cooling liquid and oil outlets. Two of them are designed to maintain temperature at ambient temperature within +20 C and +2 C; one valve is installed in cooling system, and the other in lubricating system. Two valves are furnished to accelerate warming up of engine. These valves are cut in only when engine is operating. With engine shut down, valves are cut out and closed. Valve to regulate heat transfer through cooling liquid into heat accumulator and valve to regulate delivery of liquid for cooling through radiator are installed in upper branch pipe of engine front part, and pumps are arranged at cooling liquid and oil inlets. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption, enhanced service characteristics. 1 dwg
