FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: pulsator is connected to a vacuum pump. The operating level of vacuum gauge pressure is set in accordance with the technical characteristics of the pulsator. The measuring means of the vacuum gauge pressure are connected to the working pipes of the pulsator. T vacuum gauge pressure is registered for a certain period of time with strokes of sucking Ps and compression Pcomp. Then for the time T the average values Ps, Pcomp are calculated, their mean-square deviations σs, σcomp, the production tolerances for stroke of sucking δs=Ps±σsPn±Δ and for compression stroke δcomp=(Ps-σs)-(Pcomp+σcomp)>Ptcl are calculated, wherein the Pn is the standard value of vacuum pressure set by factory-manufacturer of the equipment, Ptcl is the value of vacuum of clamping the teat cup liner, Δ is allowable amount of change in the normative value of vacuum gauge pressure during milking. The coefficients of unevenness of change of vacuum gauge pressure at stroke of sucking are calculated νs=σs/Ps·100, the stroke of compression ν comp=σcomp/Pcomp·100, the average value of the pulsation frequency of the vacuum gauge pressure is f=n/T, where n is the number of cycles of pulsation. The values obtained are compared with the set ones and according to the difference the technical condition of the milking machine pulsator is determined.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of equipment.
