FIELD: medicine, in particular, ophthalmologic optico-mechanical electrical devices, for example, synoptophores. SUBSTANCE: device has a base, two optical heads made as a collimator. A lighted test-object is positioned in the focal plane of the objective lens. Fixed and movable mirrors, a system of prisms, for example Pekhan prism, are located between the objective lens and the test-object. The Pekhan prism is installed for turning relative to the horizontal axis. The test-object is rigidly fastened to a movable disk. One movable disk carries 5 test-objects. Transition from one test-object to another one of the same functional designation is effected by disk turning. Then replacement with a turning disk with test-objects of another functional designation is accomplished. EFFECT: the given device, as compared with the known ones, in conducting of diagnosis and treatment of the same types makes it possible to use a considerably lesser number of changeable turning disks with test-objects, and accomplish new kinds of visual trainings. 2 dwg
