FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. A device for fundus-therapy contains a slit lamp, which includes a binocular microscope and an illuminator, which has a disk with a set of coloured light-filters, placed on a movable platform, which is connected to a coordinate table, to which a face block, provided with a fixation point, is fixed by means of a bracket. In an observation canal of the slit lamp additionally introduced are: an illuminating head made in the form of an optical prism, successively connected to a light-conductive cable and the illumination unit, which contains constant, laser and pulse light sources, replaceable glass and metal nozzles, an aspherical lens with a detachable red light-filter.
EFFECT: application of the claimed invention makes it possible to extend an arsenal of technical means for fundus-therapy.
