FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying transcutaneous magnetic laser treatment in the projection of temporo-occipital arteries and carotid sinuses for 2-3 min at a dose causing increasing rheological blood properties to improve blood circulation. The treatment is applied in the cervical sympathetic plexus area on both sides at a dose causing vascular vasodilatation action upon the vessels feeding the optic nerve.
