FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aqueous composition for aerosol nasal administration of desmopressin that is a synthetic analog of vasopressin. The composition has desmopressin at amount from 2.5 to 7.5 mcg/100 mcl. This composition can contain additionally an agent for osmotic pressure control, for example, sodium chloride, preserving agent, for example, chlorobutanol or benzalkonium chloride and a buffer for stabilizing pH values at the range 4-6. Buffers containing citrate and/or phosphate are preferable. Also, invention proposes hermetically closed container filled with indicated composition, device including this container and aerosol pump. Invention relates also to the use of the proposed composition, container and device used for treatment of patients with urine disorders.
