FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition designated for a single effective administration of desmopressin providing stable plasma level of drug. Composition is an aqueous solution with volume from 5 to 45 mcl. Solution has from 0.5 to 2 mg/ml of compound taken among the group consisting of desmopressin, desmopressin acetate and pharmaceutically acceptable desmopressin salt. Agent for delivery of desmopressin is made as nasal spraying pump or unit for multiple dosing for drop nasal administration of desmopressin. Composition and agent are used for treatment of patients with urinary disorders, for example, diabetes insipidus, enuresis, total enuresis and night enuresis. Invention provides stable plasma levels of desmopressin and use of small volumes of medicinal agent. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness, decreased consumption of drug. 12 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
