FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: enhanced efficiency of laser therapy during treatment of different diseases is obtained due to increased accuracy of measurement of laser radiation power value and to use of laser radiation which renders most effective action on patient. Laser therapeutic device includes unit of reception and conversion of control signals for laser radiation sources, signal processor, processor signal conversion unit, device for measuring of laser radiation power, and indication and control unit. Every source of laser radiation which may be of different type is provided with unit of laser radiation type identification positioned in body of laser radiation source and connected to input of signal processor through unit of adapters. Output of power measurement device is connected to switch input, which second input is connected to signal processor, and outputs are connected to inputs of normalizing amplifiers corresponding to definite type of laser radiation source. Outputs of normalizing amplifiers are connected to inputs of indication and control unit. Power indication unit is combined with indication and control unit. One or several sources of laser radiation are made as semiconductor pulse laser with wave length of 0.63-0.67 mcm at pulse repetition frequency not exceeding 3000 Hz with pulse duration by level of 0.5 s being not over 200•10-9 s.
