FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implementing the method involves skin surface exposure to time-discrete coherent laser light generated by a laser therapeutic apparatus. A wave length is specified within 300 nm to 1,020 nm, and discrete laser light in the form of pulses is generated in a wide range of intensity amplitudes at a laser power flow density falling within the range of 0.5·10-6 W/cm2 to 2.0·10-6 W/cm2, with using a defocused beam or a focused beam. Emission intensity is formed according to intensity zones I0, I±1 and I±2 detected by diffraction orders -2; -1; 0; +1 and +2. The relation I0>I±1>I±2 shall be observed, while a pulse length is specified within the range of 0.3 ns to 30 ns depending on a severity of the skin involvement. An apparatus for implementing the method comprises a laser light source, a laser light guide and an optical system for the beam formation. The optical system for the beam formation consists of a negative lens and a collimator lens, while an emission plane is fixed in relation to output elements.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher clinical effectiveness of dermatological diseases, enhancing adjustment of exposing parameters and simplifying a structure of the therapeutic apparatuses.
