FIELD: equipment for scrubbing of gases from finely dispersed solid particles in various branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: disadvantage of known designs consists in incomplete wetting of surfaces of conduits and possibility of choking of stagnant sections with dust. Invention is intended for increased efficiency of scrubbing by way of complete and uniform wetting of surfaces of conduits and liquidation of stagnant sections. In agreement with invention surfaces of spiral conduits are made corrugated in longitudinal direction and final part of conduit carries downgoing spiral plate. Spraying fluid is atomized into gas stream in inlet branch pipe. Spiral extension piece can single- or multistart. EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas scrubbing. 3 cl, 5 dwg
