Centering carrier rollers with undercutting annular knives are mounted on generatrix of ring 2. Roller supports are mounted on upper conical part of ring 2. Pivot joint and retainer are fixed along detachment line on outer generatrix. Ring 1 has toothed gear 15. Spring-loaded levers 17 are positioned on inner diameter of ring 1 on cross-shaped pins. Arced wedge-shaped toothed knives are pivotally attached on lever ends. Ring 1 has pivot joint with retainer.
