FIELD: technological processes, woodworking.
SUBSTANCE: device includes the following components installed on frame - pulling mechanism in the form of spiked roller and supporting rolls, driving drums with flexible working elements and side flanges. Flexible working elements are arranged of chain sections. Chains are installed on driving drums into several rows. Heavy metal elements of bat type with size of more than one link of chain are mounted into all sections of chains. In all sections of chains in every row there are metal elements arranged in staggered order. Shafts of driving drums with flexible working elements are displaced versus each other along line of trees pulling by value that exceeds length of chain sections.
EFFECT: device provides for improved efficiency of trunk peeling off boughs and bark.
