FIELD: manufacture of decorative extrusioned shaped members. SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact that the original item to be decorated, up to 20 m long, is subjected to ordinary operations of surface preparation, such as cleaning, degreasing, chemical and/or electrolytical treatment, subjected to one or several preliminary cycles of painting; after curing of paints the item is wrapped or coated with the above backing, the wrapped item is coated with a shell or membrane and treated by heating. The device for manufacture of decorated extrusioned shaped members has a plate with a great number of through holes, and the coating impenetrable facility is formed by the membrane located over the wrapped item.
