FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: new highly strong organomineral products prepared by reacting polyisocyanate, aqueous solution of alkali metal silicate and cement at NCO/SiO2 molar ratio of 0.8-1.4, SiO2/Me2O (wherein Me is alkali metal) molar ratio of 2.09-3.44, NCO/cement molar ratio from 10:1 to 0.5:1 in the presence of dispersed catalyst which is stable in polyisocyanate which is heterocyclosubstituted ether of formula: B-A-O- A-B wherein A C1-C4 is alkylene; B is 5-8 membered N and/or O, and/or S containing mono- or bicyclic heterocyclic radical, and method of preparation and use thereof are described.
