SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of melt with carbon-containing component in the form of graphite, calcinated at temperature above 500 C for 10-30 min that makes it possible to obtain graphite isolated plates as small as possible, and to reduce volume fraction of graphite and thickness of walls of perlitic base.
