Dusty wastes of production of ferro-silicon-magnesium alloying composition may contain, wt. %: silicon, 45.0-75.0; magnesium, 1.2-10.0; calcium, 0.2-3.0; rare-earth metals, 0.3-4.0; aluminum, 0.2-3.0; carbon, 0.01-15.0; aluminum oxide, 0.1-1.0; magnesium oxide, 0.01-0.8; cerium oxide, 0.01-1.0; calcium oxide, 0.01-0.5; silicon dioxide, 0.2-2.0. EFFECT: utilized dusty wastes of production of ferro-silico-magnesium alloying composition, stabilized degree of assimilation of components of inoculating agent, obtained perlite structure without use of fertilizers, reduced gas adsorption in metal pouring to casting ladle, provided quasiisotropism in various cross-sections of casting, fine dispersity of metal matrix with inclusions of fine-dispersed graphite over entire volume of casting. 2 cl, 2 tbl
