DEVICE FOR LOOSENING OF FROZEN AND DENSE GROUND MATTER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2135703 C1

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device relates to earth cutting and moving machinery and equipment and can be used on various construction objects. Device has drum and loosening teeth arranged over perimeter of drum. Other components of device are as follows: drive shaft located inside drum over its axis and adapted for rotation, disk-like cam installed in plane of lateral cross-section of drum and rigidly connected with drum, gate secured on drive shaft, and rollers which are installed in gate slots with possibility of relative movement. Cylindrical surface of rollers interact with shaped surface of cam. Rear surface of loosening teeth is configurated as involute. Aforesaid embodiment of ground loosening device allows for reducing tractive power needed in direction of working movement of device and also for reducing power required for realization of loosening process. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
