METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MOUNTING AND DISMANTLING OF ASSEMBLY UNIT INSIDE PROTECTIVE SHELTER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention particularly relates to mounting and dismantling of power plants located inside shelters for protection against radioactive radiation. According to method, loading facility is centered as required, then assembly unit is installed on loading facility, assembly unit is brought into shelter and secured inside it. With purpose of excluding operations inside shelter, mounting is carried out externally with respect to shelter with bringing assembly unit through openings made in arches of shelter. Arches constitute supporting framework of protective shelter. Installed in shelter openings are prismatic girders which are secured by means of wedges driven into clearances between surfaces of prismatic girders and openings. Assembly unit is secured to shelter arches. Dismantling of assembly unit is carried out in reverse succession of operations. Device for realization of method incorporates foundation frame and arches which embrace body of assembly unit. Frame is provided with roller pathways for loading of assembly unit into shelter and for unloading it from protective shelter. Application of aforesaid method and device ensures safety operations in mounting and dismantling of assembly unit. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
