SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of fuel and oxidizer to radiation chamber in such way that oxidizer containing oxygen in the amount more than 3 percent by volume enters radiation zone separately and fuel is proportioned in way of motion of oxidizer in accordance with required temperature profile of heat exchanger surfaces, thus creating conditions for radiation and convective heating simultaneously.
