SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cracking furnace system. The cracking furnace system for converting hydrocarbon raw materials into cracking gas contains a convection section, a radiant section and a cooling section, while the convection section includes a set of convective tube bundles made with the possibility of receiving and preheating hydrocarbon raw materials, the radiant section includes a firing box containing at least one radiant coil made with the possibility of heating raw materials to a temperature that provides a pyrolysis reaction, and the cooling section includes at least one quenching and evaporating device, wherein the system is designed in such a way that it is possible to preheat raw materials with the quenching and evaporating device before it enters the radiant section, in which the convection section contains a boiler coil made with the possibility of generating saturated steam, and the system also contains a steam reel connected to the boiler coil.
EFFECT: reduction in fuel consumption with reduction in CO2 emissions.
