FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to test structurized liquids in research laboratories, in medicine and industry. Device includes vibration transmitter with probing body-sonde submerged in cell, instrument self-excited oscillator and power self-excited oscillator. Device is also fitted with simulator of transmitter and unit of switch of conditions. Unit of switch of conditions has capability for synchronous connection in turn to instrument self-excited oscillator of simulator or transmitter and at same time to self-excited oscillator of transmitter or simulator. EFFECT: enlarged body of information, determination of viscosity of broken and formed structure. 2 dwg
