FIELD: control over temperature of medium by change of its flow rate. SUBSTANCE: given controller has body with intake and drain conduits, package of bimetallic plates and shut-off element. Controller is fitted with compensator of pressure differential of working medium manufactured in the form of body placed on side of intake conduit and attached with one end to shut-off element and with the other end - to body of controller. Compensator is equipped with adjustment mechanism, for example, of screw type. In another version of controller package of bimetal plates can be assembled in guides attached with one side to shut-off element and with the other side mounted in supports of body for displacement of guides with reference to body of controller. EFFECT: such design contributes to increased reliability of operation of controller thanks to prevention of action of pressure difference of medium and to prevention of misalignment of bimetallic plates. 2 cl, 1 dwg
