DEVICE FOR ESTIMATION OF PILOT'S PLANE HANDLING QUALITIES Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: monitoring devices, applicable for monitoring and recording the indices of the flying technique qualities. SUBSTANCE: device uses transducers installed on board the plane, whose data are processes by a device comprising series-connected units of digital measurements of input parameters, computation of pilotage parameters, computation of pilotage results, assignment of estimation and display symptoms, whose operation is accomplished directly from the control and work interruption control units. Additionally introduced are the units of parameters input, separation of trends and executive models, input of limitations and computation of estimates, which will provide for estimation of flying technique according to the main indices: estimation of pilotage accuracy, estimation of plane handling qualities and estimation of the degree of risk of executed element or portion of the flight.
