Goal of invention is achieved by introduced p channels, each of which has first read-only memory unit, second read-only memory unit, two recording units, flip-flop for information storage, lock flip-flop, and units shared by all channels, including OR gate, encoder, univibrator, K elements of third read-only memory unit, end loop flip-flop. EFFECT: decreased required transmission rate from side-looking radar station to ground station through radio channel. 1 dwg
