FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: fan sprayer has fan enclosed in casing, nozzle and sprayer positioned at nozzle inlet end. Conical valve is positioned on one end of movable pin in axial alignment with sprayer and bladed screw is positioned for free rotation on opposite end of pin. Spring is disposed between conical valve and blade screw on movable pin. Working fluid is supplied under pressure to sprayer. Simultaneously air flow produced by fan drives screw for rotation and screw is movable in conjunction with pin to offset conical valve. Liquid flows from sprayer, abuts against valve to be subdivided and delivered in fanlike manner. Rotating screw blades provide secondary subdivision of fluid flow so as to produce monodispersed spray beam which is directed by air flow onto plants to be treated. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 2 dwg
