PNEUMATIC SPRAYER Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: sprayer has reservoir for preparation, atomizers, air and liquid pipelines, compressed air source, preparation flow rate stabilizer and bubbling mixer. Preparation flow rate stabilizer is made in the form of oscillating lever, which carries reservoir for preparation. Oscillating lever is mounted on shaft together with frictional deoscillator through torsion spring which balances the moment created by preparation weight. Bubbling mixer is placed inside suction filter and connected through air pipeline via pulsed valve to compressed air source. Sprinkler basic units are mounted on bracket equipped with attachment clip and nuts. Pneumatic sprayer of such construction belongs to sprayers of superlow volume class adapted for protecting food crops from pests, diseases and weeds, use high-viscosity preparations and may be combined with other farm machines.
